01. Cryptographic Uptime & Latency SLA Credits
Enterprise BYOK (99.999%) and Sovereign Bare-Metal (99.999%) tiers carry a 10x service-credit guarantee for any verified regional Anycast POP unavailability exceeding 26 seconds per calendar month.
02. Customer Key Sovereignty & Acceptable Use
Customers retain exclusive ownership of all KMS master keys, TLS certificates, and workload binaries. Prohibited uses include unauthorized network scanning, C2 hosting, or sanctions evasion.
03. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
